A NEW PROJECT NAMED "YOUTH PREPARATION PROGRAM FOR WORK" WAS LAUNCHED

With the financial support of the Youth Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the partnership of the National Council of Youth Organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the organization of the Azerbaijan Youth Achievement Public Union (JA Azerbaijan), a new project called "Youth Preparation Program" has been launched.

The main goal of the project is to support young people to achieve their goals in the career path they choose according to their skills and interests through professional development training, to familiarize them with the world of work, workplace values, decision-making process and work ethics.

Professional development trainings aimed at increasing the personal skills of young people will take place twice a week in 4 modules, including "Career planning", "Basic life skills", "Preparation for professional work" and "Introduction to the business world".
Trainings will be carried out in 3 phases, involving 25 young people in each phase.

In total, 25 young people who were III-IV year undergraduate students were invited to the project at the initial stage. The project will be implemented in 6 months.

It should be noted that the participants who have successfully completed the project will have the opportunity to practice in different companies. At the end, each participant will be awarded with a certificate.
