Job Vacancy: Project Coordinator
Junior Achievement Azerbaijan (JA Azerbaijan) is a member of the Junior Achievement Worldwide, one of the world’s largest youth-serving NGOs for youth business education. Our organization has implemented various projects in the field of entrepreneurship, financial literacy and work readiness with the financial support of local and foreign donors with the participation of thousands of young people in 26 regions of the country.
We are looking for a self-motivated and dynamic full-time Project Coordinator with a passion for education and entrepreneurship.
Your actions & tasks
- Handle the day-to-day running and administration of projects;
- Coordination of the projects’ activities, delivery of the planned outputs in line with the projects plans;
- Reporting and Documentation, monitoring of projects;
- Communicate and liaise effectively with teachers, business mentors, sponsors, Ministry of Education and other key stakeholders to ensure achievement of objectives;
- Professionally represent organisation at all meetings, events, and external obligations;
- Providing support to the executive director in planning the strategic activities of the organization and finding potential donors;
- Promote organisation’s presence and status both offline and online.
Skills required
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in a related field;
- Minimum of 1 years of work experience in relevant field;
- Ability to work effectively individually and within the team;
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work while under pressure and meet the deadlines;
- Knowledge in office software packages (MS Word, Excel)
- Strong language skills – Azerbaijani, English
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent analytical skills;
- Ability to travel to the regions.
