Success story of project successes

The main topics of the 3-stage training program held within the framework of the "Youth Leadership and Professional Development" project were "Career Preparation, financial literacy and entrepreneurship".

Employees of Bilasuvar, Gazakh and Shamkir representative offices of Binagadi, Mingachevir and Khazar Youth Homes and Youth Development and Career Centers, who participated in the training program, learned about issues such as what is a career, what steps should be taken to build a successful career, how to write a CV, how to prepare for an interview, etc. In addition to theoretical knowledge, participants also had the opportunity to test practical skills.

Farajova Nazrin, specialist in events and projects of the Bilasuvar representative office of the Youth Development and Career Center, was one of the participants of the training program.
