The "Steps Towards Growth" project, organized for the volunteers of the "Yukshelish" Government program in honor of Youth Day, was successfully implemented.
As part of the project, young participants engaged in a comprehensive training program developed by Junior Achievement Azerbaijan on career readiness, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship. By participating in the international programs of the Junior Achievement global network, they gained essential theoretical knowledge and had the opportunity to apply it practically.
The training sessions were conducted over three days, covering topics such as “Career Planning,” “4C Skills,” “Key Elements of CV Preparation,” and “Secrets to a Successful Interview”, “Budget Management,” “Loans and Credit Services,” “Financial Resource Management and Investment Decision-Making” “Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship,” “Developing a Business Plan,” “Business Canvas Model,” and “Social Entrepreneurship”.
The skills and knowledge gained throughout the project will undoubtedly serve as valuable tools in their personal and professional growth. At the conclusion of the program, participants who successfully completed all training modules were awarded certificates in recognition of their achievements.
