YOUTH-LED ENTERPRISE SOLUTION

Junior Achievement Azerbaijan has launched the “Youth-led Enterprise Solution” program under the initiative of UNICEF. The seminar was held within the framework of the program “Youth Leadership and Professional Development” financed by the European Union The main goal of the program is to form business ideas, research financial sources, analyze business ideas, and increase knowledge and skills of the youth in entrepreneurship.

The program will start on December 1, 2020, and will last until February 28, 2021. 225 young people from Binagadi District Youth House, Khazar District Youth House, Mingachevir City Youth House, Shamkir, Bilasuvar, Gazakh Youth Development, and Career Centers, have been registered to participate in the 3-month training. The training will be conducted by professional trainers from JA Azerbaijan.

During the training, young people will work on the decision-making process and solutions to various problems, develop their ideas at an early stage, and get acquainted with business models within the framework of the Youth Entrepreneurship Solutions program. In the end, participants are expected to present innovative startup projects based on the knowledge and skills gained from training. It should be noted that the program also provides initial funding for successful projects offered by the youth. In the end, participants of Youth Homes and Youth Development and Career Centers will be awarded certificates of appreciation.
