The presentation of projects within the framework of the Youth Entrepreneurship Solutions Program was successfully completed.

The final stage of the Youth-Led Enterprise Solutions Program, conducted within the framework of the Youth Empowerment and Leadership Project initiated by UNICEF and funded by EU, has been completed. At the final stage, the participants delivered interesting social and business-oriented project presentations they worked on as teams. The presentation was conducted via Zoom application. More than 30 projects were submitted by the youth of Binagadi, Mingachevir Youth House and Shamkir, Bilasuvar, Gazakh representatives of the Youth Development and Career Centers.

The presentations were evaluated by experts from various business sectors. The jury consisted of Kristina Mammadova, Narmin Ganiyeva, Shabnam Nuriyeva and Javid Karimov from the the Azerbaijan Entrepreneurs Confederation, Shabnam Mammadova from the Ministry of communications and high technologies of the republic of azerbaijan, Sevinj Rustamova from the Azerbaijan Microfinance Association, Aida Jafarova from the Junior Achievement Azerbaijan, Chingiz Asadov from Bank Respublika, Imran Bagirov from Lotfizadeh Technological Center, an entrepreneur Narmin Hasanli, and an expert of project management, marketing, and business development Ulviyya Akbar. The pitching were evaluated by judges based on a number of criteria, such as the focus on the main problem and the proposed solution, the possibility of realization, innovation, and business development plan.

It should be noted that the program is going to finance the winner projects. Thus, the 3 most successful projects from each of the Youth Houses and Youth Development and Career Centers evaluated by the jury, will be awarded 1st, 2nd and 3rd places. The initial funds allocated for the projects will be used “seed money” to let the youth to implement their projects successfully.
