Junior Achievement Azerbaijan has implemented “Entrepreneurship Training for Youth” project with the support of U.S.Embassy in Baku.

Junior Achievement Azerbaijan with a support of U.S.Embassy in Baku has implemented the “Entrepreneurship Training for Youth” project to increase professional skills, entrepreneurship skills and financial literacy of 80 students, aged 15-19 years selected from Ganja Vocational High School 2 and Gabala State Vocational Training Center.

The main goal of the project was to encourage young people to think about their careers from early age, to promote new ideas, to stimulate business development and to support fundamentals of entrepreneurship skills in the region.

Two days training for trainers was organized during the project. First of all, trainers who educated in the United States implemented students from both regions on “Success Skills”, “Financial Literacy”, “Personal Finance” and “Becoming an Entrepreneur”.

At the end of the project, 3 teams of young entrepreneurs from Gabala and Ganja had the great opportunity to present their business projects during the Award Ceremony held in Baku.
